通过偶氮反应将氨基苯硼酸共价连接到聚苯乙烯载体上,制备了硼酸基聚苯乙烯载体.研究了实验条件对载体吸附果糖能力及载体分离柱分离效果的影响,确定了最佳洗脱条件.以长径比为175∶1的分离柱,于室温下用pH6.1的二次水以0.16mL/min的流速进行洗脱,成功地将42%的果葡糖分离,果糖纯度达到99%.
Aminobenzene boronic acid was covalently attached to a polystyrene support by azo reaction to prepare a boronic acid-based polystyrene support. The effects of experimental conditions on the capacity of carrier to adsorb fructose and the separation efficiency of carrier separation column were studied, and the optimum elution conditions were determined. A separation column with an aspect ratio of 175: 1 was eluted at a flow rate of 0.16 mL / min with a secondary water of pH 6.1 at room temperature to successfully separate 42% of fructose, with a fructose purity of 99 %.
