所谓师者,传道、授业、解惑也。而传、授、解的行为方式,则是千年来为师者一直在研究的问题。特别是我国教育改革的今天,国家把发展职业教育摆在突出的位置,如何针对职业教育的培养目标,突出职业特色,注重能力培养,应当在教学模式上有所突破。由传统的教学模式下,以“老师讲解——学生接受”为主,改革和创新教学模式,将学生的学习模式由被动接受改变为主动探索,提高职业教育的教学质量和人才培养质量,是值得探究的问题。
