意外怀孕后最有效的措施是及时终止妊娠,按时间段分10周以内可行人工流产,16周以上可行依沙吖啶引产。而11～16周之内的妊娠,过去在口服流产药未问世之前,处理比较困难,大部分采用钳刮术,但手术难度大,并发症多,患者痛苦较大。目前采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服流产,根据临床研究效果很好,现将结果报告如下。
