为了提高飞机翼面类装配型架的设计效率和设计质量,研究了关联设计技术及其在装配型架的快速配置设计中的应用。首先,总结翼面类部件及其工装的结构特点,其次阐述可重构柔性装配型架的结构组成和所涉及型架的模块划分,以及关联设计技术在翼面类部件装配型架快速设计中的实施方法,并以某垂尾验证了该方法的可行性。最后,以CATIA为设计平台基于CAA二次开发可重构装配型架快速设计系统,该系统可用于产品与装配型架变型、改型设计的需要,使装配型架的设计更简单、快捷,缩短产品研制周期,降低研制成本。
