本文对碳化钨系硬质合金材料中钴结构相的电解分离及其化学组成的测定方法进行了研究,试验表明硬质合金中所含有的TiC、TaC等难熔碳化物以及碳化钨晶粒粗大等因素都会对从硬质合金中电解分离钴结构相产生影响。通过实验证明,为促进碳化钨系硬质合金基体的电解分离,在电解液的选择上,应注意要有足够的碱度,并宜加入在碱性中对碳化鸽等基体相具有强络合力与强氧化性的介质。最后本文提出了三种比较合适的电解液以及电解分离后测定钴结构相化学组成的分析方法。
