目前,中小型热风冲天炉普遍采用密筋炉胆,其优点是不需要外来能源、制作方便。但由于它寿命短、热风温度不高,相对说制作成本较高,使它的发展前途受到影响。为了提高密筋炉胆寿命和热风温度,冲天妒工作者们已作了许多研究,取得了不少的收益,但仍不能另人满意。如,有些措施使炉胆的寿命有所提高,但热风温度却低于200℃,熔炼效果不明显。我厂也曾同样碰到此问题,对炉胆结构进行多次改进,收到一定效果,现将有关情况介绍如下:
