用四种抽提方案分别对桑叶进行特异性抽提,得到Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四种抽提产物,分别对链佐霉素及四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病模型小鼠进行降血糖试验,结果表明Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的降血糖效果分别为61.0%、62.0%、61.5%、28.0%。综合抽提成本,降糖效果及有效组分得率等因素确定Ⅱ为最佳方案;对抽提产物Ⅱ比较腹腔注射及灌胃两种给药途径,降血糖效果分别为47.3%和42.0%;以高低两个剂量对糖尿病小鼠进行治疗,发现抽提产物Ⅱ高剂量组治疗效果明显优于低剂量组,存在一定的剂量效应。
Specific extraction of mulberry leaves was performed with four extraction protocols to obtain four extraction products I, II, III, and IV, and hypoglycemic tests were performed on streptozotocin and alloxan-induced diabetic model mice, respectively. The results showed that the hypoglycemic effects of I, II, III, and IV were 61.0%, 62.0%, 61.5%, and 28.0%, respectively. Comprehensive extraction costs, hypoglycemic effect and effective component yield and other factors identified II as the best solution; compared to intraperitoneal injection and intragastric administration of extractive product II, the hypoglycemic effects were 47.3% and 42.0%, respectively. The treatment of diabetic mice with two doses of high and low doses showed that the high-dose group of extraction product II was significantly superior to the low-dose group in treatment effects, and there was a certain dose effect.
