通过溶胶-凝胶方法制备了CaIn2O4:Eu3+荧光粉,所制备的样品用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、光致发光光谱、低压阴极射线光谱和荧光寿命等进行表征。在397nm紫外光和低压阴极射线激发下,CaIn2O4:Eu3+荧光粉发白光,对应于Eu3+的各个能级5D0,1,2,3-7FJ(J=0,1,2,3,4)跃迁,量子产率接近10%。
The CaIn2O4: Eu3 + phosphor was prepared by sol-gel method. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, low pressure cathodic ray spectroscopy and fluorescence lifetime. Under the excitation of 397nm UV and low voltage cathode ray, the CaIn2O4: Eu3 + phosphor emits white light corresponding to the 5D0,1,2,3-7FJ (J = 0,1,2,3,4) transition of Eu3 + The quantum yield is close to 10%.
