港股不通车A面事件回顾:2007年8月,中国国家外汇管理局宣布《开展境内个人直接投资境外证券市场试点方案》,俗称港股直通车,允许中国内地投资者,可以通过中国银行直接买卖在香港交易所上市的股票。2007年11月4日,国务院总理温家宝发声,暂缓实行该方案。2008年1月末。内地多份主要报章仍然憧憬港股直通车尽快落实,刺激港股从大跌中大幅抽升。然而至今,港股直通车仍是镜花水月,推出之日遥遥无期。

On November 4, 2007, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council voiced his speech and suspended the implementation of the plan. The end of January 2008. Many major mainland newspapers still expect Hong Kong stocks through train as soon as possible, to stimulate Hong Kong stocks plunged sharply. However, up to now, Hong Kong stock trains are still in full bloom. The launch date is in the foreseeable future.
