为改善飞机座舱的空气分配系统,在某型飞机的一段客舱物理模型里,设计了天花板送风与行李架侧壁送风(可考虑或不考虑个人通风口送风)两种主要供气方案。使用雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程下的k-ε湍流模型和增强壁面函数法来模拟舱内湍流流场,并分别计算空气的速度场和温度场分布,以及CO2浓度分布情况。通过对参数的分析比较,提出天花板送风方案配合个人通风口送风的使用可以提供较好的舱内空气品质,计算结果为座舱环控系统的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。
In order to improve the air distribution system of the aircraft cockpit, in the physical model of a cabin of a certain type of aircraft, two main gas supply schemes, ceiling air supply and air supply to the side wall of the luggage rack (air supply with or without personal vents) are designed . The k-ε turbulence model under the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equation and the enhanced wall function method were used to simulate the turbulent flow field in the cabin. The distribution of velocity and temperature fields and the distribution of CO2 concentration were also calculated respectively. Through the analysis and comparison of the parameters, it is suggested that the use of the ceiling ventilation scheme combined with the ventilation of the personal vents can provide better air quality in the cabin. The calculation results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the cabin control system.
