目的:建立莪术油眼用凝胶中牻牛儿酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil CN(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(35:65);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长:210nm。结果:对牻牛儿酮在4.95μg~9.55μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.97%,RSD为1.26%。结论:该方法分离效果好、灵敏度高、重复性好,为莪术油眼用凝胶制剂应用临床提供了条件。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of yakurone in gel for ophthalmic use. Method: High performance liquid chromatography. The column was Hypersil CN (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (35:65); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the range of 4.95μg to 9.55μg for geranilenone. The average recovery was 99.97% and the RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion: This method has good separation effect, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It provides the clinical application conditions for the gel preparation of zedoary oil eye.
