新课标强调:教师是学生学习和成长的促进者、引导者、激励者和参与者;学生是学习的主体。教学中,要积极倡导推行自主、合作、探究的学习方式,而教师的角色就是组织者和引导者。学生的自主学习应是主动的、积极的,要让学生懂得学习是自己的事,是自己应做的。而学生这种自主、能动是依靠教师组织与引导形成的。由此可见,学生在具体的学习实践活动中,独立自主、积极参与、自觉自制的良好品质培养,显得至关重要。那么,教师如何在具体的教学实践中培养学生的自主性、自觉性、学习积极性和自制力呢?
The new curriculum emphasizes: teachers are the facilitators, guides, motivators and participants of students’ learning and growth; and students are the main body of learning. Teaching, should actively promote the implementation of independent, cooperative and exploratory learning, and the role of teacher is the organizer and guide. Students’ autonomous learning should be proactive and proactive, so that students should understand that learning is their own business and that they should do so. However, this kind of autonomy and initiative of students depends on the organization and guidance of teachers. This shows that students in the specific learning activities, independent, active participation, self-awareness of good quality training, it is crucial. So, how to train students in the specific teaching practice of autonomy, self-awareness, learning enthusiasm and self-control it?
