2003年1月19日,陕西眉县杨家村五位村民在取土时,意外打开了埋藏千年的青铜窖藏,共出土西周青铜器27件。其中,鼎12件、鬲9件、壶2件,盘、匜、盂和盉各1件,每件铜器上均铸有铭文,总字数达4048字。根据铭文记载,这些器物的主人为西周单氏家族第八代单逨。在这批青铜器中,逨盘、四十三年逨鼎和逨盉的历史、艺术和科学价值极高,堪为商周青铜器中的瑰宝。
On January 19, 2003, five villagers in Yangjian Village, Meixian County, Shaanxi, accidentally opened a bronze cellar buried for a thousand years and collected 27 bronzes from the Western Zhou Dynasty. Among them, tripod 12, 鬲 9, pot 2, plate, 匜, spit and 盉 each one, each inscribed with inscriptions on the bronze, the total number of words up to 4048 words. According to the inscription records, the masters of these artifacts for the eighth generation of the West single monk’s family. Among these bronze wares, Pan plate, Forty-three years of Ding dynasty’s history and great art and science are worthy of being the treasures of the Shang and Zhou bronzes.
