初步研究了翅鳞伞AS5.245胞内粗多糖的抗肿瘤活性。从翅鳞伞AS5.245发酵的菌丝体中分离提取得到胞内粗多糖CIP,以KM系Heps荷瘤小白鼠为实验模型,用免疫器官重量法,进行高、中、低剂量CIP的腹腔注射实验。结果表明,CIP能明显提高小白鼠的免疫功能,具有较高的抑瘤活性,并表现出一定的剂量效应;中、高剂量组与空白对照组相比较,小白鼠所有脏器指数均有显著增加(p<0.05);低剂量组与空白对照组相比较,胸腺重及其指数有显著增加(p<0.01)。说明翅鳞伞AS5.245胞内多糖具有抗肿瘤和增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。
The anti-tumor activity of intracellular polysaccharides from the wing squash AS5.245 was preliminary studied. The intracellular crude polysaccharide CIP was isolated and extracted from the mycelia fermented by AS5.245, and the KM Heps tumor-bearing mouse was used as the experimental model. The intraperitoneal cavity of high, middle and low doses of CIP was performed using the immune organ weight method. Injection experiment. The results showed that CIP can significantly improve the immune function of mice, have a higher anti-tumor activity, and showed a certain dose effect; compared with the blank control group, the mouse has a significant index of all organs in the middle and high dose groups. Increased (p<0.05); thymus weight and index increased significantly in the low-dose group compared with the control group (p<0.01). The results showed that intracellular polysaccharides of the winged parasol AS5.245 had antitumor and enhanced immune function in tumor-bearing mice.
