应用注射三氧化铁研制家兔肺心病模型,早期处死的兔94只,肺动脉压为0.16±0.05kPa,与正常兔比较无显著性差异;晚期处死的兔37只,肺动脉压为0.10±0.03kPa,与正常兔比较有非常显著差异.因之,作者认为肺心病早期肺动脉压呈波动状态,晚期则发展为持续状态,提出肺心病可分肺动脉压波动期、恒定期及右心代偿期等三期。
