从制度演变看老年人居住变迁在日本的社会福利设施中,1950年才出现专门面向老年人的养老设施,在此之前都是混合式的。1963年,日本颁布的老人福祉法规定,养老设施分为4类:养护老人之家、特别养护之家、低收费老人之家和收费老人之家,继续细分,低收费老人之家根据有无伙食还常分为A型和B型。至1989年,日本才出现了疗养院(见图1)。*单间设计逐渐被制度化养护老人之家对看护的要求较低,1973年出现
