通过对南水北调中线工程石门河西约4 km的渠道沙砾石开挖料压实性能分析,研究了沙砾石料颗粒特性、沙砾石料细颗粒含量对孔隙率的影响以及碾压遍数与干密度的关系。结果表明:在沙砾石料的压实过程中存在最优细颗粒含量,当细颗粒达到最优含量时,粗颗粒形成完整骨架,细颗粒充满骨架孔隙,孔隙率达到最小值;为了得到较好的填筑质量和较小孔隙率,细颗粒含量应大于30%;沙砾石料的最佳碾压遍数为4~6遍。
Based on the analysis of the compaction performance of sand and gravel excavated material about 4 km west of Shimen River in the midline of South - to - North Water Diversion Project, the effects of gravel - aggregate granularity, fine grained aggregate content on porosity, and the relationship between the number of roller compaction and dry density were studied. The results show that there is an optimal content of fine particles in the process of compaction of gravel stone. When the fine particles reach the optimal content, the coarse particles form a complete skeleton, the fine particles fill the skeleton pores and the porosity reaches the minimum value. In order to obtain better Filling quality and small porosity, fine particle content should be greater than 30%; sand and gravel the best number of rolling 4 to 6 times.
