相比于单管环状掺水和电加热工艺,单管通球工艺可以在一定程度上降低能耗。基于成熟的单管通球工艺,开展了高寒地区单管通球工艺应用研究。通过分析大庆油田某区块单井产液量、井口出油温度、含水率和井口回压等参数,验证了该工艺在大庆油田应用的可行性。在敖古拉油田开展了工艺应用前期试验,结果表明:合理安排通球周期,该工艺可应用于高寒地区较高产量的油井;以齐家油田为例,通过水力计算验证了该工艺在低产油田的应用可行性。单管通球工艺在高寒地区油田中的应用,对于进一步优化集输工艺、节能降耗具有一定的指导意义。
Compared with the single pipe ring water and electric heating process, the single-tube ball through the process can reduce energy consumption to some extent. Based on the mature single-tube pass ball technology, the application of single-pipe ball pass technology in alpine region was carried out. The feasibility of applying this technology in Daqing Oilfield is verified by analyzing single well production fluid volume, wellhead oil temperature, water cut and wellhead back pressure in a block of Daqing Oilfield. In the Aogeula Oilfield, preliminary experiments of process application were carried out. The results show that the process can be applied to the wells with higher output in the alpine region. Taking Qijia oilfield as an example, Oilfield application feasibility. The application of the single-pipe ball-passing process in the oil fields in the alpine region has some guiding significance for further optimizing the gathering and transportation technology and saving energy and reducing consumption.
