目的:对紫果西番莲的茎与叶进行鉴别研究。方法:采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别法对药材进行研究。结果:紫果西番莲茎横切面皮层有少量草酸钙簇晶;韧皮部含有众多草酸钙簇晶,外侧有纤维群散在;木质部导管常单个散在或2~3个相聚;髓部较宽,约占横切面半径的3/4。叶主脉维管束外韧型,断续排列成环;薄壁细胞可见方晶。粉末中螺纹导管、纤维和草酸钙簇晶众多,可见方晶。结论:紫果西番莲生药学特征明显,可为其鉴别及进一步的开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To identify the stems and leaves of Passiflora purpurea. Methods: The medicinal materials were studied by character identification and microscopic identification. RESULTS: There was a small amount of calcium oxalate clusters in the cross-section of the purple passion fruit stem; the phloem contained many clusters of calcium oxalate crystals, and the outer fibers were scattered; the xylem vessels were often scattered or 2-3 clusters; the pith was wide, about Occupies 3/4 of the radius of the cross section. The dominant vascular bundles of the main leaf veins are discontinuously arranged into rings; parenchyma is seen in parenchyma cells. There are many clusters of thread catheters, fibers, and calcium oxalate in the powder. Conclusion: The biopharmaceutical characteristics of Passiflora violacea are obvious, which can provide reference for its identification and further development and utilization.
