肺动脉高压是以小肺动脉闭塞性重构为特征的疾病,肺血管阻力进行性增加,进而右心室肥厚扩张的一类恶性心脏血管疾病。近年来在动物实验研究发现他汀类药物对于肺动脉高压有治疗作用。其主要机制包括:一氧化氮通路、内皮素-1通路、增加前列腺素产生、对平滑肌细胞作用、抗炎、遗传学等机制。现对他汀类药物在肺动脉高压动物模型的研究机制作简要论述。
Pulmonary hypertension is a type of malignant cardiovascular disease characterized by occlusive remodeling of small pulmonary arteries, progressive increase in pulmonary vascular resistance, and consequent expansion of right ventricular hypertrophy. In recent years, animal experiments in the study found that statins have a therapeutic effect on pulmonary hypertension. Its main mechanisms include: nitric oxide pathway, endothelin-1 pathway, increase prostaglandin production, the role of smooth muscle cells, anti-inflammatory, genetics and other mechanisms. Now on the statins in pulmonary arterial hypertension animal model of a brief discussion.
