一、前言近来随着电气、电子工业的迅速发展,铝电解电容器的生产量稳步地上升,其质量也在大幅度地提高。1980年比1975年铝电解电容器的生产量约近于增加2倍。这是因为日本的铝电解电容器的质量好,除满足国内需要外,向国外出口也在明显的增加。日本铝电解电容器之所以能迅速发展是因为以材料供应部门及其加工与组装厂双方的紧密技术协作为基础。因而对所需电解电容器的新产品也通过双方的协作系统来发展更符合要求的新产品,致使铝电解电容器工业有了今日的迅速发展。本文以铝电解电容器的材料供应方面为基点,着重地论述了有关阳极用的高纯铝箔。
I. Preface Recently, with the rapid development of the electrical and electronic industries, the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors has steadily risen and its quality has also risen dramatically. In 1980 than in 1975, the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors increased about 2 times. This is because the quality of aluminum electrolytic capacitors in Japan is good, in addition to meeting domestic needs, exports to foreign countries are also significantly increased. The reason why Japan’s electrolytic capacitors are rapidly growing is based on the close technical cooperation between the materials supply department and its processing and assembly plants. Therefore, the new products of the required electrolytic capacitors also develop new products that meet the requirements through the cooperation system of both parties, resulting in the rapid development of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor industry. In this paper, aluminum electrolytic capacitor material supply as a starting point, focusing on the anode with high purity aluminum foil.
