随着我国住房商品化的推进以及房地产业的结构调整,越来越多的老百姓把目光投向普通住宅,价格适度的经济适用住房成为首选目标。经济适用住房主要是指国家和地方政府组织建设的安居房,集资、合作建房,危旧房改造住宅。有专家预测,适应经济发展和社会进步的需要,今后相当长的一段时间内,中低收入居民所需的经济适用住房将大量建成并投入市场,经济适用住房将成为我国近、中期住宅建设的主体。
