应用生态经济学中生态产业链的规划设计方法,探讨我国有色金属行业生态化低碳经济的实现途径。通过分析我国有色金属产业链上采矿、选矿、冶炼与加工环节在生态化低碳经济发展中存在的主要问题,提出了生态低碳改造与规划设计相结合,采矿与选矿企业生态低碳化,冶炼与加工企业生态低碳化,提升自主科技创新能力,建立生态低碳技术支撑体系的生态低碳实现途径,以保障有色金属资源安全,保护自然生态环境,实现我国有色金属行业生态化低碳发展。
Applying the planning and design method of eco-industrial chain in eco-economics to explore ways to realize the ecological low-carbon economy in non-ferrous metals industry in our country. By analyzing the main problems existing in the development of ecological low carbon economy in the nonferrous metal industry chain of mining, beneficiation, smelting and processing, this paper put forward the combination of ecological low carbon transformation with planning and design, the low carbonization of mining and beneficiation enterprises, And low-carbon eco-technology processing enterprises to enhance their own scientific and technological innovation, ecological low-carbon technology to establish a support system for ecological means of achieving ways to protect the safety of non-ferrous metal resources and protect the natural environment, to achieve non-ferrous metal industry of ecological low-carbon development.
