C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is a newly discovered natriuretic peptide secreted by endothelial cells. In this study, CNP was contrasted and observed by coronary artery administration. Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) And myocardial ischemia after coronary circulation, and the application of conventional ex vivo perfusion of isolated coronary artery measured CNP, ANP relaxation response. The results showed that: (1) CNP and ANP decreased the mean arterial pressure (MAP), distal small coronary pressure and resistance of large and small coronary arteries in normal dogs, and increased coronary flow without affecting heart rate; (2) Myocardial ischemia, CNP the above effects still exist, but the role of ANP to reduce MAP almost disappeared. (3) Ex vivo epicardial coronary artery of CNP, ANP showed a dose-dependent relaxation response. The results suggest that both CNP and ANP can relax coronary artery and improve coronary circulation, and may be beneficial to the treatment of acute myocardial ischemia
