采用z指数及距平百分率等计算方法,对山西年降水、主要降水期的降水量进行分析,结果表明,1964年是山西年降水量最多年份,1988年是暴雨最多年份,1965,1997年是山西北、中部与中、南部降水量最少年份。近45年,山西年降水量与主要降水期的降水量明显减少,干旱趋势呈增多趋势,且旱年造成的影响大于涝年,这应引起政府部门的高度重视,进一步趋利避害,为农业生产提供防灾减灾合理化建议及对策。
By using the z index and the anomaly percentage, the precipitation in Shanxi annual precipitation and main precipitation period was analyzed. The results showed that the annual precipitation was the most in Shanxi in 1964 and the highest in 1988 in the year of 1965 and 1997 Shanxi north, central and central and southern precipitation the least amount of years. In the past 45 years, the annual precipitation and the precipitation in Shanxi have obviously decreased, the trend of drought shows an increasing trend, and the impact caused by dry years is greater than that of flood years, which should attract government departments to attach importance to further seek benefits and avoidance for Proposals and Suggestions on Rationalization of Disaster Prevention and Reduction for Agricultural Production.
