由于隐性知识是在人与人的协作、交流中传播和创新的,因此以IT为基础的知识管理系统难以对其有效管理。以中国人民大学经济科学实验室为案例进行了如下研究:通过问卷调查收集数据;绘制组织内部信息沟通、咨询、知识传播等社会关系网络;定量分析网络结构以发现阻碍知识传播及创新的问题。上述研究表明:社会网络分析可以为组织制定隐形知识管理的措施提供定量分析的依据和手段。
Since tacit knowledge is disseminated and innovated in the collaboration and exchange among people, IT-based knowledge management system can not manage it effectively. Take the case of Economic and Science Laboratory of Renmin University of China as a case study, we collect the data through questionnaire survey, draw up the social network of information communication, consultation and knowledge dissemination within the organization, and quantitatively analyze the network structure so as to find out the problems that hinder knowledge dissemination and innovation. The above research shows that social network analysis can provide the basis and means of quantitative analysis for the organization to develop measures of invisible knowledge management.
