为了研究截齿截割煤岩的动态破坏过程,提出采用离散元法建立模型并进行仿真。由截割头的CAD模型建立了截割头的二维离散元法分析模型,采用二维圆盘颗粒建立了煤岩的分析模型,通过接触和连接力学模型计算截割过程中的作用力。在此基础上,用VC++6.0编写离散元仿真计算程序,借助MFC建立友好的人机交互界面,实现了截齿截割煤岩工作过程的离散元仿真。通过对截割角为45°条件下的截齿截割煤岩仿真分析,初步证明了采用离散元法的可行性,为截齿截割过程分析和截齿的优化设计提供了一种新的研究手段。
In order to study the dynamic failure process of cutting coal and rock, a discrete element method is proposed to establish the model and simulate it. A two-dimensional discrete element analysis model of the cutting head is established from the CAD model of the cutting head. The analysis model of the coal rock is established by using two-dimensional disk particles. The contact force and the connection mechanics model are used to calculate the acting force in the cutting process. On this basis, we use VC ++ 6.0 to write the discrete element simulation program, and set up a friendly man-machine interface with MFC to realize the discrete element simulation of cutting coal and rock work. Through the simulation analysis of cutting coal and rock under the condition of cutting angle of 45 °, the feasibility of using discrete element method is preliminarily proved, which provides a new method for cutting tooth cutting analysis and cutting tooth optimization design Research tools.
