针对攀钢烧结生产的情况,在实验室进行了MgO对钒钛烧结矿矿物组成及冶金性能影响的试验研究。结果表明:MgO对钒钛烧结矿矿物组成和结构有较大的影响;在MgO的质量分数为2.5%~3.7%时,随着MgO含量的增加,烧结矿中温还原度略有下降,低温还原粉化率降低,软熔滴落性能改善。
Aiming at the situation of sintering production in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., experimental research on the influence of MgO on the composition and metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sintered sinter was conducted in the laboratory. The results show that MgO has a great effect on the composition and structure of vanadium-titanium sintered ore. When the mass fraction of MgO is 2.5% ~ 3.7%, the reduction of intermediate temperature of sinter slightly decreases with the increase of MgO content, The pulverization rate is reduced and the soft melt dripping performance is improved.
