本文用逆行荧光素比标记法,研究了大白鼠皮质向脊脑及尾壳核的投射及分支投射、将GB及NY分别注入9只大白鼠的脊髓及尾壳核,发现皮质脊髓神经元的分布相当广泛,皮质尾壳核神经元的分布区域几乎全部重叠于皮质脊髓神经元的分布区域内,在大脑皮质的4、3区发现荧光素双标记细胞,约占同区总标记细胞的1/10.表明大脑皮质内有神经元向脊髓及尾壳核发出分支投射。该结果对解释锥体系及锥体外系的复杂生理功能,提供了进一步的形态学依据。
In this paper, retrograde fluorescein labeling method was used to study the projection and branch projection of the cortex to the cortex and caudate putamen in rats. GB and NY were injected into the spinal cord and caudate putamen of 9 rats respectively. Distribution of a wide range of cortical caudate putamen neurons in the distribution area almost entirely overlap in the distribution of corticospinal neurons in the brain cortex in the 4,3 area double-labeled fluorescein cells, accounting for the same district total marked cells 1 / 10. Suggesting that neurons in the cerebral cortex issue branch projections to the spinal cord and caudate putamen. The results provide further morphological evidence for explaining the complex physiological functions of pyramidal and extrapyramidal systems.
