利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析和胶砂强度等测试手段分析了搅拌站废渣的物理化学性能指标,采用机械磨细、高温煅烧手段对废渣活性进行评价,并研究分析了普通等级混凝土、建筑砂浆及免烧砖掺废渣的可行性。结果表明,废渣因粒型不规则、组成成分复杂等因素影响,流动度比和活性较低;机械磨细和高温煅烧均可以提高废渣的活性,但提升幅度有限;用8%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产普通等级混凝土、12%~14%的废渣替代水泥和粉煤灰生产建筑砂浆、37.5%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产免烧砖在技术上是可行的,且具有良好的经济效益。
The physical and chemical properties of the residue of the mixing plant were analyzed by means of XRD, SEM, laser particle size analysis and mortar strength test.
