研制一种用于高压液相色谱(HPLC)的电化学检测器(ECD)。用该检测器检测了从色谱柱分离出的4种生物胺:肾上腺素(EA)、去甲肾上腺索(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5HT)。结果显示:在0.25~2.25ng范围内线性响应良好;峰高重复性相对偏差2.3%(对1.0ng NE)。EA、NE、DA和5-HT的检测限分别为0.06、0.06,0.07,0.10 ng(信噪比为2.5:1)。
Development of an electrochemical detector (ECD) for high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Four biogenic amines, epinephrine (EA), norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA) and serotonin (5HT), were isolated from the column using this detector. The results showed that the linear response was good in the range of 0.25-2.25ng, and the relative repeatability of peak height was 2.3% (vs. 1.0 ng NE). The detection limits of EA, NE, DA and 5-HT were 0.06,0.06,0.07,0.10 ng (signal to noise ratio of 2.5: 1).
