性发育异常(DSD)一种先天遗传性异常,通常表现为染色体、性腺和性解剖不典型。分为三种类性染色体发育异常、46,XY发育异常和46,XX发育异常。性发育异常在临床上并不少见,对个人生活和家庭生活造成一定的影响。本文主要介绍常见几种性发育异常病例特征及其一些病因。 Sexual Dysplasia (DSD) An inborn genetic abnormality usually manifested as chromosomal, gonadal and sexual atypia. Divided into three kinds of chromosomal abnormalities, 46, XY developmental abnormalities and 46, XX developmental abnormalities. Sexual dysplasia is not uncommon in clinical practice, affecting personal life and family life to a certain extent. This article describes the common features of several cases of sexual dysplasia and some of its causes.
