为了建立欧洲李新品种‘红艳1号’的组织培养快繁技术体系,研究了基本培养基及植物生长物质对腋芽启动、试管苗增殖及生根的影响。结果表明:以半木质化的嫩枝茎段为外植体进行腋芽的启动培养,基本培养基QL比MS有效。增殖培养时MS最佳,其次为QL,WPM和1/2MS较差。壮苗培养时WPM最优,其次为MS,1/2MS和QL较差。生根培养时1/4MS比1/2QL有效,最佳生根培养基为1/4MS+1 mg·L-1 IBA+20 g·L-1蔗糖,生根率为84%。
In order to establish a tissue culture and propagation technology system for the new Liye No.1 variety, the effects of basic media and plant growth substances on axillary bud initiation, in vitro plantlet proliferation and rooting were studied. The results showed that the starter culture of axillary buds was made of the semi-lignified shoots and stems, and the basic medium QL was more effective than MS. MS was the best in proliferative culture, followed by QL, with poor WPM and 1 / 2MS. Strong seedling culture WPM optimal, followed by MS, 1 / 2MS and QL poor. The best rooting medium was 1 / 4MS + 1 mg · L-1 IBA + 20 g · L-1 sucrose when the rooting culture was 1 / 4MS and 1 / 2QL, and the rooting rate was 84%.
