本稿试图根据二里头文化与先商文化所见鼎、鬲、甑、甗等陶制炊具资料,从考古学的角度探讨谷物的料理方法。二里头文化关于这一领域的研究积蓄尚十分薄弱。二里头文化时期的陶制炊具以深腹罐、圆腹罐、鼎占压倒多数。作为二里头文化的三足炊具,陶鼎的数量引人瞩目。实际上二里头文化二里头类型时期商周型的短颈袋足鬲已经出现,二里头类型中存在相当数量的鬲。这种短颈袋足鬲出现于二里头类型第3期,到第4期数量有所增加。正如笔者以前所论:作为反映夏商周文化特色的统一要素——鬲文化萌芽于二里头文化的二里头类型。同时推测鬲的主要用途是煮熬粟粥或米粥~①。这些陶鬲很有可能是因为洛阳盆地初期的二里头文化与东部先商文化发生接触,导致先商
This article attempts to explore the method of cereal processing from the perspective of archeology according to the materials of pottery making such as tripod, 鬲, 甑, 甗 and so on according to the culture of Erlitou and the pre-Shang culture.
