《煤矿安全规程》规定:“局部扇风机和掘进工作面的电气设备,必须装有延时的风电闭锁装置。当局部扇风机停止运转时,能立即自动切断局部扇风机供风的巷道中一切电源”。由于受电气设备条件的限制,目前生产现场实施的风电闭锁不能满足上述规定。生产现场只有如图1、图2两种控制方法。在这两种控制方法中,视被控容量的大小,电源控制开关分别选用 QC83-80、QC83-120及 QC83-225型防爆磁力启动器,其最大可控电源容量分别是40、75及150kW(条件是660V、cosφ×η=0.75)。

Due to the limitation of the condition of the electrical equipment, the current wind power lockout at the production site can not meet the above requirements. Production site only as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 two kinds of control methods. In these two control methods, depending on the size of the controlled capacity, the power control switch were selected QC83-80, QC83-120 and QC83-225-type explosion-proof magnetic starter, the maximum controllable power capacity is 40,75 and 150kW (Condition is 660V, cosφ × η = 0.75).
