[目的]研究产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌在水源水中的分布、生物学性状及其致病性。[方法]在本地主要饮用水源设点、采样、培养致病性弧菌。分离、鉴定该菌过程中用营养琼脂斜面代替双糖铁琼脂取得良好效果。[结果]1994~1998年在水源水中相继检出17株产色素的革兰氏阴性弧状菌,经形态学、培养特性、生化学、血清学的系统鉴定,均符合非O1群霍乱弧菌的定义,动物实验等显示其有效强毒力。[结论]因该菌在硷性胆盐琼脂、营养琼脂斜面和血琼脂上培育后能产生水溶性褐色色素,故命名为产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the distribution, biological characters and pathogenicity of Vibrio cholerae producing non-O1 group in water source water. [Method] At the site of the main drinking water source in our country, the pathogenic Vibrio was sampled and cultivated. Isolation, identification of the bacteria in the process of using nutrient agar slash instead of double sugar iron agar achieved good results. [Result] Twenty-seven strains of Gram-negative bacteria producing pigmentation were detected successively in water source from 1994 to 1998. The strains were identified by morphology, culture characteristics, biochemistry and serology. All of them met the criteria of Vibrio cholerae Definition, animal experiments show that its effective virulence. [Conclusion] The strain named Vibrio cholerae producing non-O1 pigment was produced because it could produce water-soluble brown pigment after incubation on alkaline bile salt agar, nutrient agar slant and blood agar.
