通过对莞惠14标走行线区间隧道下穿既有京九铁路线地质情况及工程难点的分析,隧道洞内主要采用上半断面深孔预注浆超前支护技术来保证开挖过程的稳固安全。注浆孔分9环呈辐射状,注浆孔深约8m,14m,20m。注浆材料采用水泥-水玻璃双液浆材,注浆压力为2.5~4.5MPa。注浆顺序为先隧道中间后周边,各孔交替注浆。经监测数据显示地层变形得到很好的控制,下穿段隧道已顺利完成施工,效果良好。
