人本主义与教师伦理具有内在价值的一致、外在形式的统一。人本主义是幼儿教师伦理的基本立场,体现在对幼儿自我发展的关注;对价值、情感、态度的重视;保育氛围营造中的开放与自由;对平等、积极师幼关系的维系。以此幼儿园教师专业伦理的取向是关注幼儿的生命成长。要重视生命成长的独特价值;践行人性丰满的教育追求;坚定以幼儿为本的理念支撑。
Humanism and teacher ethics have the intrinsic value of the unity of the external form. Humanism is the basic stand of kindergarten teacher’s ethics, which is reflected in the concern of young children’s self-development; the emphasis on value, emotion and attitude; the openness and freedom in preserving the atmosphere; and the maintenance of the relationship of equality and active teacher-child relationship. As a result, kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics orientation is concerned with the growth of young children’s life. We must attach importance to the unique value of the growth of life; practicing the educational pursuit of full humanity; and adhering to the concept of infant-oriented.
