英国最新的法律教育与培训评论(LETR)报告于2013年发布,反映了英国最近40年的法律教育与培训成果。LETR以法律服务监管机构的准则为主,结合英国高等教育质量保证署的质量监控机制,有力地保障了英国法律实践教学质量,事实上也证实了英国法律教育机制的成熟性与有效性。目前,我国高校法律教学已显示学生实践能力不强的问题。通过LETR报告,我国法律实践教学可以得到启发,即:减少法学核心课程并完善实践教学环节、建立健全法律实践教学的外部质量监控机制、拓展法律实践教育教学的全球化视野,以进一步深化当前的法律实践教学改革。
The latest LETR report from the United Kingdom was released in 2013, reflecting the legal education and training outcomes of Britain in the recent 40 years. The LETR is mainly based on the guidelines of the legal services regulatory agencies. In combination with the quality supervision and control mechanism of the British Higher Education Quality Assurance Agency, the LETR effectively guarantees the quality of English law practice teaching and in fact confirms the maturity and effectiveness of the legal education system in the United Kingdom. At present, the law teaching in colleges and universities in our country has shown that the students’ ability to practice is not strong. Through the LETR report, the teaching of legal practice in our country can be enlightened by reducing the core jurisprudence of law and improving the practice teaching, establishing and improving the external quality monitoring mechanism of legal practice teaching, and expanding the global perspective of legal practice education and teaching so as to further deepen the current Law Practice Teaching Reform.
