本文研究了水滑石的复原与插层。采用水热法制备了镁铝碳酸根型水滑石(LDH,Mg/Al摩尔比为3)前体。前体经500℃焙烧4h得Mg-Al-O混合氧化物(LDO),将其分别加入到碳酸钠和烟酸的水溶液中,120℃水热处理12小时,所得产物经X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)等手段分析,确认为碳酸根型水滑石和烟酸柱撑水滑石。实验表明,焙烧后水滑石可以恢复为原来的层状结构,并获得了烟酸柱撑水滑石,其层间距由碳酸根型层间距0.77nm增加到0.807nm。
This paper studies the hydrotalcite recovery and intercalation. Hydrothermal method was used to prepare magnesium aluminate carbonate hydrotalcite (LDH, Mg / Al molar ratio of 3) precursor. The precursor was calcined at 500 ℃ for 4h to obtain Mg-Al-O mixed oxide (LDO), which was added into aqueous solution of sodium carbonate and nicotinic acid respectively and hydrothermally treated at 120 ℃ for 12 hours. The obtained product was characterized by X-ray diffraction , Infrared spectroscopy (IR) and other means of analysis, confirmed as carbonate-type hydrotalcite and niacin pillared hydrotalcite. Experiments show that the calcined hydrotalcite can be restored to the original layered structure, and nicotinic acid pillared hydrotalcite was obtained. The interlayer spacing of the hydrotalcite increased from 0.77nm to 0.807nm.
