为探讨小儿肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻的最佳手术方法，对近三年收治的年龄在３月～８岁的７例病儿，采用显微外科技术施行离断性肾盂成形术。术后７例均获随访（１～９月），效果满意。提示采用显微外科技术行离断性肾盂成形术是治疗小儿肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻的较佳手术选择。
In order to explore the best surgical method for pediatric ureteropelvic junction obstruction, microsurgery was performed on 7 cases of children aged 3 months to 8 years admitted in the past three years. Seven patients were followed up (January to September), the results were satisfactory. Prompted the use of microsurgery segmental pyeloplasty is the treatment of pediatric ureteropelvic junction obstruction better surgical options.
