采用Vega Prime在MFC框架下开发了凿岩台车仿真模拟训练系统。搭建了基于PCI总线的交互通信控制平台,并采用多线程技术实现了多采集卡与计算机的同步数据通信。采用并研究了多种软件辅助Creator建模的方法,研究了基于DOF节点的凿岩台车钻臂运动仿真实现方法,实现了系统的实时动态交互。采用主动式3D立体成像原理,研究了在Vega Prime中实现3D立体效果显示的方法,结合3D眼镜实现了系统的立体成像功能。通过运行结果表明系统视景输出稳定逼真,所采用的方法有效。
Using Vega Prime to develop drilling simulation simulation training system under the framework of MFC. Built based on the PCI bus interactive communication control platform, and the use of multi-threaded technology to achieve a multi-acquisition card and computer synchronous data communication. A variety of software-assisted Creator modeling methods are adopted and studied. The simulation method of drilling arm movement of rock drilling rig based on DOF node is studied, and the real-time dynamic interaction of the system is realized. Using the principle of active 3D stereoscopic imaging, the method of realizing the display of 3D stereoscopic effect in Vega Prime is studied, and the 3D imaging function of the system is realized by combining the 3D glasses. The results show that the system output stable and realistic scene, the method used is effective.
