通过分析进口和国产发电机线圈挡块组件在化学成分、微观组织、力学性能等方面的差异,确定国产挡块组件质量是否满足使用要求。结果表明:国产铝合金综合性能与进口铝合金有差别,在化学成分控制上需进一步提高;国产12.9强度等级的螺栓因热处理不充分不适合替代进口12.9强度等级的螺栓;进口和国产限位块的各项性能比较接近,螺栓“咬死”问题是由于两者整体强度硬度不相匹配导致,建议重新选用与螺栓强度相匹配的材料。
By analyzing the differences of chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the coil block of imported and domestic generator, it is determined whether the quality of domestic block assembly meets the requirements of use.
