班主任是班级管理的主要组织者,更是学生学习和生活的指导者,建立班主任和学生之间良好的沟通桥梁,有利于帮助学生在班集体的关爱下健康成长,以积极的态度去学习专业知识。中职学校是培养技术型人才的重要摇篮,面对中职生这些特殊学生,中职班主任要根据中职生的个性化特点,建立中职班主任与特殊学生的沟通艺术,从而使教育目标顺利实现。本文首先提出中职生的特殊性,然后提出建立中职班主任与特殊学生沟通艺术的方式方法。 Class teacher is the main organizer of class management, but also a guide to student learning and life, the establishment of a good bridge between class teacher and student is conducive to helping students grow healthily under the care of the class, with a positive attitude to learn professional know how. Secondary vocational schools are important cradles of training technical talents. In the face of these special students of secondary vocational school, secondary vocational school teachers should establish the communication art of secondary school teachers and special students according to the individual characteristics of secondary vocational students so as to make the education goal go smoothly achieve. This paper first proposes the specialties of secondary vocational students, and then proposes ways and means to communicate the art between secondary teachers and special students.
