在数字时代,版权产业在一个国家的经济中占有很大的比重,甚至成为支柱产业与出口贸易的强项。本文分析了我国核心版权产业的贸易现状与逆差原因,认为我国版权产业创意能力弱,品牌效应不强,文化折扣现象严重。为了促进版权贸易,版权产业要创新贸易模式,搭建版权贸易平台,加强版权资源开发,健全贸易代理机制,完善版权贸易产业链,同时在版权贸易过程中加强版权保护,共同促进版权贸易的发展。
In the digital age, the copyright industry occupies a large proportion of the economy of a country and even becomes a pillar of pillar industries and exports. This paper analyzes the trade status and the reasons of the deficit in the core copyright industries in our country. It thinks that the creative industries in China are weak in creative ability, the brand effect is not strong and the phenomenon of cultural discount is serious. In order to promote copyright trade, the copyright industry needs to innovate the trade model, set up a copyright trade platform, strengthen the development of copyright resources, improve the trade agency mechanism, improve the industrial chain of copyright trade and at the same time strengthen the copyright protection in the course of copyright trade to jointly promote the development of copyright trade.
