宫面是河北省藁城县的传统名食.据《藁城县乡土地理》记载:“吾邑之宫面,系土人所艺.味极适口,相传数百载,曾进贡清皇室.故名产也.”相传此面在隋朝时源于该县耿家庄.清光绪年间,曾作为贡品进献宫中,并荣获御匾一块.故得“宫面“之名.
