苏州钢铁厂机修分厂自1984年以来,对现行维修制度进行探索性改革,取得较明显的经济效果。从事后维修走向定时预防性维修,再到有计划的定期检修,并根据检查结果安排近期的预防性计划维修,是机修分厂推行全员设备管理(PM)维修方式的发展过程。我们认为,采用何种维修方式安排检修应结合本单位的生产特点。为了寻求维修方式的优化形式,针对设备类别、故障和缺陷的状态差异和维修人员技术素质等条件,采取了不同的处理方式。
Since its establishment in 1984, Suzhou Steel Plant Machinery Branch has carried out exploratory reforms on the existing maintenance system and achieved obvious economic results. After the maintenance to regular preventive maintenance, and then scheduled regular maintenance, and arranged according to the inspection results of the recent preventive maintenance plans, is the mechanization branch of the implementation of full equipment management (PM) maintenance mode of development. In our opinion, the maintenance methods used to arrange maintenance should be combined with the production characteristics of the unit. In order to seek the optimized form of maintenance methods, different treatment methods have been adopted according to the conditions of equipment categories, the differences in the status of faults and defects, and the technical qualities of maintenance personnel.
