口服避孕药是实行计划生育最广泛使用的技术手段,也是目前所有避孕措施中,避孕效果最可靠的一种,有效率可达99.9％以上。但由于避孕药中的雌激素和孕激素的含量对有些妇女显得过多或过少,加上雌激素、孕激素的种类、剂量、配伍等因素,对少数妇女会产生一定的副作用。多数人服药后经过一段时间的适应过程,症状可自行消失。下面就口服避孕药常见副作用及处理简述如下:
