用放射酶法测定青年组、老年组和服药老年组大鼠下丘脑和血浆去甲肾上腺素(NA)水平的变化;用组织化学方法观察蓝斑核内 NA 荧光强度的变化。结果发现长春丹可使老年大鼠下丘脑 NA 含量下降,血浆 NA 含量有上升趋势;而对蓝斑核内 NA 的荧光强度无明显作用。从上述中枢与外周 NA 的变化分析了补肾益气药长春丹对老年机体交感神经系统和内分泌功能的作用。
The changes of hypothalamus and plasma norepinephrine (NA) levels in the young group, the old group and the aged group were determined by radio-enzyme method. The changes of NA fluorescence intensity in the locus coeruleus were observed by histochemical method. The results showed that Changchundan can reduce the NA content in the hypothalamus of aged rats and increase the plasma NA content; however, there is no significant effect on the fluorescence intensity of NA in the locus coeruleus. From the above changes in the central and peripheral NA, the effect of kidney tonifying Qi Changdan on the sympathetic nervous system and endocrine function of the elderly was analyzed.
