随着政治体制改革的深入,人事制度改革的力度也日益加大,实行聘任制和竞争上岗已成为当前干部人事制度改革的主导方向,也是高等学校干部人事制度改革的主流趋势。目前许多高校都在进行或准备推行干部聘任制和公开竞争上岗,因此推行干部竞聘上岗是当前高校管理体制改革的一项重要内容,也是摆在高校党委和组织人事部门的一项新课题。结合陕西部分高校干部竞聘上岗的经验和教训,我们就如何做好干部竞聘上岗工作谈几点体会。
With the deepening of the reform of the political system, the reform of the personnel system has also been intensified. The introduction of the appointment system and the induction of posts in competition have become the main direction of the current reform of the cadre and personnel system and the mainstream of personnel system reform in higher education institutions. At present, many colleges and universities are carrying out or preparing for the appointment of cadres and competing for posts on open competition. Therefore, the introduction of cadre competitions is an important part of the current reform of university management system and a new topic for the party committees and personnel departments in higher education institutions. Combined with the experience and lessons learned from the recruitment of some cadres in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, we will talk about how to do a good job in recruiting cadres.
